What to put in Folder . . .

This is what you put in the folder:

Video:
  • Video: FirstName_LastName_Canadate# (3GP,AAC,F4V,FLV,M4A,M4V,MOV,MP3,MP4 ) 
    • up to 1 gig video file.
  • IWB pages: “IWB_Pages_FirstName_LastName_wordCount.doc” or other file type. (DOC,DOCX,PDF,RTF,TXT)
    • All in one document and up to 30 mb
  • Candidate Statement: name it: “Candidate_Statement_FirstName_LastName_wordCount.doc” or other file type.  (DOC,DOCX,PDF,RTF,TXT)
    • Word Count- no more than 300 words.
  • Studio Work: (3GP,F4V,FLV,GIF,JPG,M4V,MOV,MP4,PNG)
    • Two Sizes – Name them:
      • #_FirstName_LastName_Title.jpg
      • #_FirstName_LastName_Title_sm.jpg  (no more than 1MB)
  • In a spreadsheet list the following for each project:
      • Title
      • Medium
      • Size of Original (cm or time)
      • Month & Year Completed
