Simply put, it's how we make our living and it gives us protection as well as our client's protection. Without the copyright, other companies can come in and steal images or worse, the images can be used by our competitors.  Copyright is vital to major advertising for exclusivity, and how our competitors have rights to images. Also, learn the process of licensing images for commissioned work and stock photography will be explained and why use istock when there are plenty of local photographers to choose from to give you stock images.

SPEAKER BIO: Victor Sanchez grew up surrounded by beauty in the mountains of Colorado and has a professional certificate of photography, from the New England School of Photography in Boston, Massachusetts. His work has been published in numerous magazines, publication, and on the web. His fine art work can be found in many corporate collections and private collections around the globe. His work has taken him to Peru, London, Paris, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and throughout the continental United States.

The event is FREE to members of Design to Print Denver Media Group. Although there is no charge for members, members and non-members wishing to attend must register in advance .
